On December 12, 2003 successfully closed the acquisition of two parcels consisting of approximately 3 acres, located at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Kinneloa Street in the City of Pasadena, County of Los Angeles, California (the “Property”). We commenced entitlement, demolition and construction of three commercial office Buildings ranging in size from 5,600 square feet to over 12,000 square feet.
The District also include a service retail building fronting Colorado Boulevard which had the United States Postal Service and Subway as anchor tenants. The Project was completed in 2005 and was sold in 2008.
