Principal
As Principal of Accretive Realty Advisors, Inc., Mr. LeBeau is responsible for and oversees Accretive projects, management engagements and staff. He is directly involved with and responsible for both investor and advisory client relations, transaction engagement origination, and the financial evaluation of projects under management. Mr. LeBeau also acts as primary liaison between lending institutions and directs marketing and brokerage relationships for all assets under management.
Mr. LeBeau has over 30 years of real estate management, development and finance experience. Prior to forming Accretive in 2003, Mr. LeBeau was with the National Real Estate and Management Consulting Practice of KPMG, LLP. While at KPMG, Mr. LeBeau participated in over $3.9 billion of real estate debt and equity restructures advising in both loan and asset dispositions. Mr. LeBeau also consulted to various banks, pension funds, insurance companies and REITs in connection with portfolio management, asset allocation and outsourcing/benchmarking. Mr. LeBeau started his career in 1988 with Weyerhaeuser Company managing a $300 million real estate portfolio containing office, power center retail, industrial and multi family assets.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Ruggero is responsible for the financial management of both the company and assets under management. Ms. Ruggero facilitates asset acquisitions, development and dispositions. She orchestrates the development team during the due diligence, entitlement/planning and construction process. She oversees project leasing and property management for all assets under management. Ms. Ruggero focuses on revenue-enhancement as well as cost control. Ms. Ruggero has over 30 years of real estate accounting and management experience including public accounting work, restructurings and bankruptcy work of several developers. Ms Ruggero has extensive experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions and consolidations of both public and private real estate companies and assets.
